Fiero has high oil pressure

Pontiac Fiero 1987 170000miles 4cyl

I just had my oil changed about a week ago and my oil pressure gets really high when i drive. After about 5 minutes my oil pressure light comes on and when i stop theres smoke. Any ideas on what it could be?

Your smoking came from the high oil pressure-you need to check what's happening with oil pump pressure relief valve.
