my car is idleing at 2000 rpms and stays how can I get it down? There is no check engine light

Almost always a vacuum leak. Check vacuum lines, brake booster line, PCV line (connects to nipple under upper manifold), and EGR tube (they will crack and cause a leak).

Other possibilities are lower, intermediate or upper intake manifold leaks
