my windshield wipers do not work. I checked the fuses and circuit breaker's relay. Did I miss something or do I need a new motor?

Open the hood. Turn the wipers on. Can you hear the noise coming the wiper motor, signaling that the motor is operational? Try this for all speeds.
If you hear the sound, the motor is good. If you do not, then check power coming into the wire harness of the wiper motor. Use a test light or digital voltmeter, positive to yellow and negative to black.

Currently I am having trouble with multiple parts of my car. My windshield wipers stopped working, my two back windows and driver side window will not work, on my drivers side door the control panel for unlocking doors, side mirror adjustment, and child locks not working on door. In addition the heat and air conditioning are not producing hot nor cold air.

Check fuses under hood and in car. Pull HVAC fuse for sixty seconds it may reset actuator for heat. Also, check relays under hood.
