Electrical problem
2000 Pontiac Bonneville 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 145k miles

i have been having a problem of not starting most of the time. I have replaced the battery and the complete fuse box under the hood. Also relays and fuses in the same fuse box. The starter and solenoid test good. I believe the passlock sensor in the ignition is the possible cause for I have been told by pontiac that this is common. My next question is how to replace it. Does the dash panels have to come off and how. Thanks, jim

Passkey 111 is a starter and injector disable system. Is the theft lite flashing? Have you tried a different key?

If the starter won't crank and you don't think it is a theft issue, make sure the battery has a full charge and the cables/wires are all clean and tight on both ends.

Did you try to crank it in neutral?
