Hello, when I'm driving and up to highway speeds I hear a wapping noise coming from the front end. The noise somewhat goes away when I turn to the right but comes back when I straighten up or go left. What could it be CV joint or axel?

I would first do a tire rotation to see if the noise moves to the rear to eliminate a tire problem If the noise is still there then I would look at the hub assembly on the left or drivers side.
