is the air very light when moving and does it change speeds when you select from low to high on the heater/ac control panel? if not then its just outside air blowing in. check fuses and blower motor relay.

No it doesn't change speed when i change it from low to high and vice versa. fuses are easy to change, what about the relay?

you will have a blower speed relay located on the center rear of the engine compartment. test it by following the steps provided in the following link.. https://www.2carpros.com/how_to/how_do_i_check_a_relay.htm

Went today to Autozone and checked #8 relay, came back good, fuses are good. so what else can it be besides the blower motor?

fuses, wiring and relay good. that leaves the control panel and blower motor. control panel would not have went all it once, you would have had moments where some settings would work while others wouldn't, the blower motor is most likely at fault here.

When I first got the car 5 years ago, I think all the speeds worked except the high. i haven't had the use of it for awhile, couldn't afford to fix it but now I can. I am leaning towards the motor. I have a mechanic friend that lives near me and he fixed my fuel pump and filter a couple of summers ago. I just wanted to rule everything out as possible before I go to him. Thank you so much for your info and insight into this.
