engine light keep coming on no matter how much repair..and coolant fans not comin on..

The fans, check the fan relay and the ECT(electronic coolant temp) sensor, if they are good, the PCM needs to be checked or replaced. Get the code(s) read, Autozone will do it free, then post the codes for us!
