1995 Pontiac Bonneville Rubbing sound

When I turn left I hear a rubbing sound. It sounds like it is coming form the right front tire area, but it could be the left front tire im not sure. I also hear this sound when Im driving down a bumpy road going straigh. I never hear it when I turn right. What could be causing this?

Check all around the inner fender and mud flaps to see if the tire is rubbing. Also, look at the back of the tire to see if there is evidence of something rubbing.
