1994 Pontiac Bonneville discharging/high idle

It is putting out 10.5 a battery and 11.5 at altnator
change alt x3 and battery x2 not change. Replaced positive cable to battery, checked and replaced ground connector. Check wiring, no luck.

There is no check engine light. When crank cold car starts fine idle up to 2 rpm then 30 second idle back to 1.5 rpms after car warms up the idle will slow increase till I have to shut her down or blow.

changed fuel filler, iac, maf x2, o2, plugs, all seals on motor are new and not leaking any more, change all hoses. Pcv. Thank you guy in advance. I have so much time and money in this project that I can afford to stop or keep going.

It should be throwing out at the battery terminal of the alternator between 13.5volts to 15.5

Have you checked all the fuses involving the alternator see below

Thank I have not check the fuseable links. I will do that in a couple of hours. The diagram will be very helpful up till now I have just being guessing what wire goes where and does what. So thanks so much. For your time. Ill keep u update on this project.
