1993 Pontiac Bonneville Two Wheel Drive Automatic

this is a big one. Basically have a 93 bonneville 3.8 l. Ssei. We stored it for 5 yrs got it out, it had a quart. Tank of fuel, didnt drain it out, car was running but it was rough. Put new plugs /wires/fuel filter on it. Still running rough so I dropped the tank, newpump, and another new filter. Ran better. All of the sudden it died & wont start. Good fuel pressure{44lbs} & holds steady. Good blue spark. So I replaced the fuel regulater, still no change, next was a crank shaft senser, no change. Put it on a hnd held scanner, NO ERROR CODES.I know I am getting fuel to the rail. I pulled all the injecters, cleaned them, new o rings, no change.I know I am getting fuel to the inject because I did not have 2 inj. Seated properly &fuel was squirting out. Chek the plugs randomly, absouloutly no fuel on the plugs. Is there anywae to check the injecters to see if they are bad?Is there any way to see if I an getting elect. Currant to the inj? By the way, no blown fuses. HELP. CAR HAS 92000 ORIG 1 OWNER MI.

There should be power at one side of the injector plug, the ecm uses the ground to adjust the amount of fuel into the engine. You can use a test light to see if they have power
