I have to have my foot on the accelerator as soon as I start it up. If I don't, the car won't start. It idles REALLY rough and sometimes will just shut off. It's like it's missing something.

I have to drive kinda fast for it not to shut off. If it shuts off, I lose power steering, but all the lights and battery still works.

I need some help bad!

Sounds like a bad vacuum leak, or the idle air control valve, when was your last complete tune up? Is the SES light on or flashing?

I can't remember the last time I had a complete tune up. There are no lights on or flashing at all

the only time I ever see a light is when the car shuts off, but the key is still turned on and i'm in drive. I have to put it in park, turn it off, and then it starts right back up, but still does the same things.

Start with a complete tune up, you would have to eliminate these parts as the source of trouble first anyway. Fuel and air filter too.
