The engine jumped time, loose timing chain. Jumped on starting not while running. Bent a push rod. One pushrod sets a little lower than te rest, not the one that bent. Bad lifter? What?

It could be a bad lifter,
have you rotated the engine so see if it's just sitting on a low point on the cam?

Yes, I`ve rotated the engine and the pushrod moves up and down, it`s just a little lower than the rest
