2003 Pontiac Aztek not braking correctly

My aztec anti lock brake turns on and I feel a vibration when the car is on the road, when pressure is applied to the brakes the left side skips and the car does not stop wheel keeps skipping disc and calipers are new could it be my bearing in the hub thats connected to the cv joint.

Check the sensors to make sure they are not dirty. Also, check to make sure there are no wiring problems to the sensors.

It may be the wheel hub, but I would think you'd hear a grinding/growling noise first. The hub is easy enough to change if you have access to metric wrenches and a gear puller.
