Hello,

If the Grand Am is same year and has the 3.4L engine with VIN E, then yes that will fit in the Aztek.

Replacing the engine is a labor intensive process and can require special tools.
You will have to start by draining all fluids, engine oil, coolant etc.
Be sure that the engine is cool before getting started.
