I have this 1985 pontiac 6000 le with 53000 miles on it. I just replaced the altinator, belt, battery, positive and negative cable. And I drove it for about two months before it stopped running. I woke up went to start it and it cranks hard but wont fire. I looked at it more and descovered it not getting fuel or spark from the coil. I just did spark plug wires and coil after it stopped running as well. Do you think it could be the crankshaft position sensor that will keep it from getting spark and fuel?

Rule out the fuel pump if okay -No spark:

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
