I have a 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager that has 140,000 miles. I had to replace battery cable connecter this morning. After hooking it back to the battery the controls for the AC/Heat, rear window wiper, and defrost flash. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Hopefully you found this already, but if not. I just joined today and also had the same problem. But found this here. Try this. Worked for me.

1. Set blower to high (A/C Compressor OFF)

2. Set mode to panel/vent (through the dash vents)

3. Open all of the side vents

4. Set temp lever(s) to cold

5. Press the rear wash and wiper buttons at the same time and hold

6. You'll hear and feel the blower motor pick up speed. Let it do its thing, this is a calibration test of the system. It will go hot, cold and all of the lights will blink

7. When the system has done its check (sometimes from 3-5 minutes) the rear wiper button light flash. Press this button, all is finished.

Hope this helps. Jerry
