I have a 1990 grand voyager it turns over just fine but wont start. It feels like there is either no gas getting to the engine or no spark. I also cant hear The power To The Fuel pump, you Know the Humming Noise From The pump.

Yes, you are right it is either getting no fuel or no spark. With the no humming noise coming, check for voltage at the fuel pump connector. If there is no voltage and the engine is getting no fuel then change the pump.

Well I spose you can check it. But still I would like you to check for spark and fuel.

Try some starting fluid in the throttle body if it fires right up then post back and well go over the fuel system.

If not it is probably electircal and you should post that back also and well go over electrical.

Yesterday a friend of mine checked for spark which we didnt get, we also didnt hear the pump kick in with its sound. We also replaced the asd relay switch just to make sure it was okay About an Later we decided to try starting it again and with about ten cranks of the ignition it started up. It starts up really weird like starting with a dead battery but its brand new. We then decided to put the old asd relay switch to see if it would start and it did. It seems when the temperature warms up this van will start for some reason. Why is it at times when I go out in the morning to start the van I cant hear the fuel pump engage and later or other times it kicks in. Someone told me we should try to replace the ignition swith so im wondering if I should spend the money to do so.
