95 Voyager Leaking Coolant, Thoughts on problem

I have a 95 Plymouth Voyager which has abouit 115k miles on it. Aside from leaking coolant, was said to be working just fine. It has been sitting for about 2 years now, but started up perfectly. I have been dumping water in to try and track the leaks. I believe the water pump to be bad, but it is also leaking from the rear part of the engine. Was told that it is probably the Freeze Plug, but I do not know. Can somebody tell me where to look for the plug so that I may check to see it's condition? It seems to be leaking from the rear of the engine, at least (or around) mid-way up, but could not see very well past there. I did not want to go digging in to it if it is something big as I do not want to dump a whole lot into it. The engine makes NO noise, runs at a steady pace, so really do not think it to be anything big like the block. Anyway, suggestions on where to look for the plug or other ideas would be great!

There are a variety of freeze plugs, not always simple to access. You may need to remove some things to find. Even though you don't want to. Using additional lighting and mirrors can make a big difference.
