93 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.3l transmission problem

Need advise with transmission problem. Delay 3 sec to shift to 1st gear, won't shift to 3rd gear. After restart the engine, the problem goes away.
recent transmission oil change.

What type of trans and did you have a shop do the change? If so take it back.

Try the B, Laster trans products or if you have a PRNDL switch replace it should solve the problem.
