I have air conditioning but gradually lost the ability to adjust how fast/hard it blew. At the end, I had HIGH and OFF. I replaced the blower motor but nothing changed. Fuses, relays, and resistors all check out. Can the knob have gone out? How do I replace it? I apologize, but I have very little money to repair much less donate for an answer.

Hi. Thanks for your response. I chose Plymouth because there was not a choice for 2002 Chrysler Voyager, since Plymouth was discontinued around 2000-2001 I guess.

Anyway, for a 2002 Chrysler Voyager, the blower motor ran only on high for a while and now it's stopped completely. I replaced the blower motor first, thinking it was probably that, but now I'm thinking it's the resistor. Everything else checks out.
