2000 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

auto zone ran a computer check on my van it came up number p1491 which i found out the radiator fan relay circuit needs to be replaced. could you tell me where i will find this on the van i never got an owners manual

Hello, It is located on the drivers side inside front frame rail under radiator and looks like this....
