I have brought my plymouth to 3 garages because the check engine lite is on and I can not get a inspection sticker. No one can get the scanner to communicate with the computer. They have checked for a blown fuse and have not found one. Everything electiric is working except the speedominator. The van is running fine no problems

Did you get a rejection sticker
if so was it because of no communication or because check engine light on and have codes

did they try to get the codes by cycling the key on off on off on
and read codes in the odometer area
I would suspect no buss code and the cluster need to be repaired
most common is that the cluster connector pins need to be re solder to the board
and if so and to do that have to remove cluster and take apart and solder the pins back onto the board
