2000 Plymouth Voyager brakes grinding

I had my brakes pads changed about 1 1/2 months ago, and they have started to grind again when they heat up. can someone help me with this problem.

Hi there,

You will first have to inspect the pads and rotors for damage, it just may be a stone stuck up behind the rotor splash shield, but still look at the brakes to be on the safe side.
