I have a 98 plymouth voyager van........ today we went to eat and came out and the car wouldn't start.... come to find out the cooling fan was still running...... ended up pulling a fuse and got the fan off..... then had to get a jump start to get the vehicle running........ well long story short it would start to overheat when sitting still since the fans weren't running........ also the ac/heat unit has lights blinking that won't stop.....

Thanks,
