1998 Plymouth Voyager Front Wheel Drive Automatic 130000 miles

the blower only works on the high setting, someone said its the resistor, if so how do i find it to replace it?

It is the blower motor resister
Located passenger side beside the blower motor
Two screws and out simple and easy
