I recently bought this van and the person told me that AC compressor is broken and there was no belt on, however I put the new belt on and AC seems to be cooling fine but after a while I can see that AC pully (when AC clutch is engaged or is turned on)seems to be stopping and moving and the belt is slipping on it. Is it the pully bearing or the compressor itself. Thanks.

The compressor it self is locking up. Chances are it will need replaced. Keep in mind, when you use the defroster, the clutch will do the same thing because it works in conjunction with the defroster.
