How many o2 sensors does the Voyager hav e and where are they located. Also, why is my cruise control not setting the speed?

There are two oxygen sensors on the V-6 engines. One on the rear exhaust manifold and one after the catalytic converter. If you need more specific information, please include which engine you have. The 3.0L is totally different from the 3.3 / 3.8L engine.

Does your horn work? Does the "Cruise" light on the dash turn on? If the answer is "no", suspect a broken clock sping under the steeing wheel. If that's the case, the "Air Bag" light will eventually turn on too.

If the Cruise light does turn on, try holding the brake pedal up with your toe while you press the "set" button. If that works, the brake light switch is out of adjustment.
