My horn suddenly stopped working. I tested the wires from the horn to the clock spring and they are fine. I tried to check the wires from the clock spring connector back but can not seem to find out where the wire goes. The diagram you showed another guy said the BLK/Rd wire goes to the Junction box (BCM) horn relay. I can not findte relay in the junction box. It should be the # 7 relay but there is no wires connected to hold a relay in place. I tested the relay in the Power Distrabution Center and it is fine. I then tested the spot where the relay goes in and for sum reason the # 30 And #87 slots have power and the #85 and # 86 have none. Where does the problem lay. Any help would be great seeing is that I have to get it inspected next month. Thanks Lenny

You say you checked the wires all the way from horn to clock spring and all OK.
All I add is that clock spring very very common to fail and they had a recall on it
you may check with your local dealer
have your VIN # ready when you call
they should be able to help
good luck
