1995 Plymouth Voyager tag lights

i have a 95 Plymouth voyager and the tag lights do not work. i have started replacing fuses and have gotten several items to work (rear windshield wiper air bag light has gone out) and i am wondering if it is a fuse. can you tell me the fuse number that runs the tag lights? and if it is not a fuse how can i get the tag lights to work? thank you

Do the park lamps in the front work? At the tag lites, check the bulbs, check the bulb socket and wiring to he socket. Black wire with yellow tracer is voltage for tag lites. Black wire is ground. If the park lites in the front work, I don't think a fuse is the problem. There may be a problem with the wiring circuit?
