Pry out the dust cap over the hub, remove the spindle nut and washer and pull out on the drum. The outer wheel bearing will come out with it. This is also a good time to inspect the wheel bearings and adjust any slack in them. The inner one is inside the drum, so unless you see scoring on the spindle, best to just leave it alone but repack with wheel bearing grease. If you do have to remove it, you have to pry the seal out of the back of the drum. When you put the drum back, tighten the spindle nut finger-tight, then turn the drum as you tighten it down just a bit, about 10 foot-pounds, enough to take out any play.
