I have been having a problem with the serptine belt coming off when it rains. I have replace the water pump power steering pump and the tensioner, and the belt, the belt runs true untill it gets wet and then it comes off. I am at a lost on what could be causing this. HELP

Have you tried a new belt? The old one may be stretched out to far, try some belt dressing.

Yea I have probably put on three or four belts this year and I am using the best belt I can buy also tried different types, Last night I encased the whole bottom side in rubber just to keep the rain out.

Next thing to do is take off the belt and manually turn each pulley and see if they are all spinning straight.

After research heres what I found

TSB #070294A -- SERPENTINE BELT COMES OFF PULLEYS. *TW (NHTSA ID #37792, DECEMBER 01 1994)
TSB #070394A -- SERPENTINE BELT COMES OFF PULLEYS. *TW (NHTSA ID #39005, DECEMBER 01 1994)

i guess there is a technical service bulliten out for your modle with the belt coming off the pulleys.

Call up your dealer and ask them about it.
