Hen I start my van up in the morning it is fine. When put it in drive it's fine, but when I go to the stop signs it stalls. When I get it on the highway it's fine. Then when I go to a stop sign it's fine. Then it stalls when I am at a slower speed. It starts up again immediately, but you have to have rub up the engine a little with your foot on the gas pedal and speed off. It will stall if you don't.

I have a 3.0 L engine V6, I have changed the filter(oil and air), spark plugs, fuel pump. I have gotten it diagnosed about 2 weeks ago and they said it was a loose bolt and they tightened it up. Do you think that they loosened something else? It cost me 75 bucks to get it diagnosed. I don't have that kind of money? Please help!

It sounds like the IAC motor (Idle Air Control or speed) is not working correctly. Now if you have a digital multi meter I can walk you through a couple of tests and we can make sure of that.
As for the other shops diagnosis I can't answer that as I have no idea what bolt was to be loose or what they did so it would be unfair of me to make an assumsion with no info on what they were thinking.
