I have a 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager, I had a new
Engine/Transmission put in it. My question is with these new parts should'nt the fan belt be replaced and the Power Steering Fluid also?

Engine 3.8 Liter 6-Cyl (L) Fi
Mileage 138638

The power steering fluid is separate from both engine and transmission. While it is a good Idea to change it, it would not be required to in either case.

The belt is dependent on it's condition. It may be recommended but not required, it would be at an additional cost for the belt, labor would have been at no charge as it would have been removed.
