My Voyager has developed an intermittent problem with its idle. In the cold weather it doesn't hold an idle. As long as you keep your foot on the gas the van will run, if you take your foot of the gas the van dies. It can run fine then after its stoped for a few minutes it won't start unless you hold the gas pedal down. But it only does this intermittent.

sounds like the throttle position sensor is faulty and in need of replacement.

you may also want to check the idle air control valve, could be bad too or just dirty, you should clean it and the throttlebody along with the throttle plate, im sure you'll see a difference in its response
