1993 Plymouth Voyager

When I stop at a light or stop sign and idle for 15-30 seconds and then accelerate a lot of white smoke comes out of my tail pipe. If possible could you please suggest what the problem might be and what it might cost to fix? Thank you.

Oil can sometimes appear to be white but its really a blueish tint. Are u sure your not losing oil
