When I switch on the Air Conditioning (or heater) no matter what button I push on the dash board control, the air only comes out of front window blower. If I push any of the other buttons like to blow on the driver or blow on both the driver and the feet it still stays blowing on the front window. Is there anything I can do or does it need to go to a shop.

You have lost vacuum from engine and/or vacuum select switch is faulty in control unit. Look for vacuum line from engine through fire wall. If good pull controler out of dash check selector.
