Occaisionally, when I get up to speed then let off the gas a bit, the front passenger wheel area makes a creaking noise then stops. It sounds like a rusty door creaking back-and-forth until it stops after a couple seconds. The moments that I have observed it happen, are after I have gotten up to speed and let off the gas a bit, while car is settling after I have parked, and sometimes when braking. I hope someone knows what I'm talking about, my eye twitches a bit every time it makes the noise. HAHA.

Sounds like you may have some safety issues, could be a couple of things, bad strut/shock. Ball joints, bushings. You must have a safety inspection done to determine exactly what it is. Could possibly be a motor mount too.
