1974 Plymouth Satellite Won't turn over

1974 Plymouth Satellite V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual IdK miles

I replaced the starter,battery,cables,relay. I've checked any connections that may have a short I can push start so I know that the motor isn't seized and I cant figure it out. Any ideas would be helpful cause Im out of ideas thanks!
