what would have caused an engine fire after my oil light came on as i parked.theres oil every where

HI there,

The oil need an ignition source, as a stray spark will not normally be sufficient to for this, i would be expecting that the hot exhaust has caused any oil leak to ignite, this is also not a normal thing to see but it can happen.
