Heater problem
1998 Plymouth Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

Idling the car doesn't overheat, driving it starts to overheat. The rad is newer, replaced the thermastat. Its important to know the heat blows cold, and the fan does not see to come on. It appears there is no coolant flow, I can't tell if the fan is not coming on because the cooling system is not functioning as it should. Can it be the waterpump?
