I have a '96 Neon. The left rear blinker won't work but my reverse light uses the same bulb and works fine. The left front blinker blinks really fast like a bulb is blown. I replaced the rear bulb and that didn't fix it. Any ideas?

Try cleaning the contacts at the bulb housing and also ensure wiring is in good condition.

So the red brake light turns white for a backup light? How did they accomplish that? Electronic flashers blink faster than normal when a bulb is burned out. Put your four-way flashers on and compare the rear lights on both sides. You'll see one is not working.
