No Fuel at Injectors
Changed filter and pump. Fuse and relay are both good. 4 pin connector at pump doesnt test anything with key on or off. Any thoughts?

At the 4 pin connector you should have power on the dark green and white wire that powers the fuel pump when you turn key to run.

Any ideas where the power source is for the green white? Does it come from the relay or from the pcm? Also the two black wires should be ground all the time right?

Check fuse no.21 20amp if this fuse blows it won't power the ASD relay and fuel pump relay-the power for the fuel pump comes from the fuel pump relay
