My Breeze has 115000 miles and has started to "miss" at 2000 RPM give or take 500. I can sit in park and bring the RPMs up to this point and beyond this point and I don't notice much. The bad thing is this is about the RPM that the normal driving speeds are. When driving the miss or sputter or cough is very noticable. I have replaced the air filter the plugs the plug wires and the ignition coil with no change to the symptom. I have added gas/fuel injector cleaner and I have checked the fuel injectors and replaced the fuel injector O rings.

I know this is a little late but to anyone else reading this for their own purposes, I believe the problem is a faulty Mass Airflow Sensor. I had a similar problem with a nissan that I had. It would run up to 2000 rpm and then go no further and it would do this in each gear. The car was driveable if you didn't want to go over forty mph
