Replacing rear drum brakes is an involved process. I recommend you purchase a repair manual that shows the pictures and provides step by step instructions. There are many springs, retainers. That need removed and replaced. Because it's dealing with brakes, there is too much room for error via the internet.

If you run into a problem, let me know and I will try to help you. Also, you may need to rent special tools to remove the springs and retainers.
