2000 Plymouth Breeze?

The car will being going down the road and all of the sudden it will not move any more, but the engine is still running. You have to wait about 5 minutes or so before it will move again. Checked the levels, all ok. Lots have said it sounds like it is low on fluid, but it is full? Any suggestions?

You will have some diagnostic trouble codes present. Insert your key in the ignition and turn it to ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON within 5 seconds. It will go into diagnostic mode and read your odometer screen. The PCM will show the trouble codes. Post the codes here.
