1999 Plymouth Breeze transmission and water mixing?

The water in the radiator has a reddish brown tint and the transmission fluid seems to thiner than normal. I was told I probably need a new radiator, does this sound right?

Cooler in the radiator is no good
need a new radiator
replace tranny fluid filter and flush and coolant too

Thank you for answering my question, while I was lookin for a new radiator on line I found condensors also, it was in the same section, do you know what that is? And it is a radiator I need not a condensor right?

Condenser is for AC
you need a radiator NOT a condenser
