1996 Plymouth Breeze Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Automatic 140000 miles
transmission wont shift out of 2nd except for reverse. After scanning I recieved codes (po736 reverse incorrect ratio) & (po731 gear 1 incorrect ratio ) & (po720 output speed sensor malfunction) after researching I concluded from the info I read that the speed sensor was probibly at fault & I figured it could be the reason for the 2 other codes. After replaceing the speed sensor and clearing the codes & also disconnected the battery to reset things I get only 1 code (po731 gear 1 ratio incorrect) and it still stays in second, except for when you first start out after car has been off and restarted, shifts from 1st to 2nd at high rpms and hard and to 3rd but after stopping and then accelerating it is stuck in 2nd. What should I do next?
