I have a 1993 Plymouth Acclaim 2.5l base. It cranks everytime but is having difficulty starting everytime. It`s throwing code 37, part throttle lock/unlock solenoid driver circuit. I`m not sure if this is referering to the TCC solenoid or not. Any help on a fix would be appreciated.

DTC 37 : Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Solenoid Circuit

Suspect faulty TCC solenoid or bad wiring to the solenoid. If both are OK then replacement of the PCM may be required.
