1991 Plymouth Acclaim

My 91 plymouth acclaim wont start, It cranks normally but just wont start.
The only code I got was 12 55, I figure this is because I removed the cables and cleaned them because they needed it badly.
Also the oil lamp light stays lit when all the other lights go off.
