Hello,

This type of issues many times can be solved by resetting the central locking system.

Try this procedure:
Put the key in the ignition, turn to the on position (do not start).
Then you will have to wait for minimum of 10 seconds.
Then press and hold the lock button for several seconds.
Turn the key to the off position and remove the key.
Then you will have to wait for another 10 seconds. Then press the lock button once.
This should reset the locking system.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
